  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Step 1: Prepare the Fish

Pat sea bass fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Sear the Fish

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
